Out-of-state college students are eligible for discounted Alabama hunting and fishing licenses.

If you are a full-time college student between the ages of 17-23 attending a certified higher education institution in Alabama, you can purchase your hunting and/or fishing license at the same cost as an Alabama resident!

Steps to Receiving Your Discounted License:

✔️ Step 2: Gather your documents:

Proof of enrollment at your college/university
Proof of Alabama residency or rent, such as a lease agreement or utility bill

✔️ Step 3: Submit the completed form and documents at your local probate office or at our offices

✔️ Step 4: Pay for and receive your hunting and/of fishing license

✔️ Step 5: GO HUNTING or FISHING!
